Please be informed that khaolak emerald beach resort & spa will undergo upgrading projects to enhance our guests’ experiences, the renovation of the lagoon wing will commerce on may1, 2025 - october 31, 2025. building and villas in lagoon wing, turtle restaurant, lobby , meeting room, kids club, water park and beachfront swimming pool at lagoon wing will be closed throughout the renovation period. wai wai restaurant and kids club will be closed until november 30, 2025, please be informed that 10% discount on food & beverages for a la carte menu. discount excludes alcoholic beverages, in-room dining, mini-bar and not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions and is available till 30 october 2025. the discount is applicable once per meal per bill per stay, please be informed that beachfront swimming pool by taonga bar, spa,gym and game room will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period. dining service will be available at our new beachfront restaurant ,taonga.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
